Who are Gateley Built Environment?
A multi-disciplinary built environment consultancy, working alongside specialist property and construction lawyers within Gateley Legal, to advise on all aspects of the management of a property asset.
Gateley Built Environment consists of four established built environment consultancies – Gateley Hamer, Gateley RJA, Gateley Smithers Purslow, and Gateley Vinden – which provide expertise across the full property lifecycle.
Working alongside the property and construction lawyers in Gateley Legal, Gateley Built Environment brings together over 600 property specialists who advise on all aspects of the management of a property asset, whether a commercial or residential development project, long-term asset management or a short-term investment.
We work with owners, developers, occupiers, investors and public sector clients who are looking to invest in or develop any real estate asset through all the phases of the property lifecycle considering strategy and structure, finding and funding, procurement, development and construction, occupation and use, and exit.
Our sector expertise includes insurance, commercial property, residential property, and the public sector.
