Connor joined at the start of 2026 as a building surveyor in the London team. Over the past 5+ years in the industry, he has worked with a wide variety of investors and occupiers within the office, retail, mixed-use, education and industrial accommodation sectors. He is experienced in and is currently providing a full range of building surveying services, including dilapidations advice, schedules and negotiations along with contract administration appointments and technical due diligence instructions.

Experience

1. Acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants across a broad range of dilapidations instructions, including the preparation of Terminal Schedules of Dilapidations, assessments, negotiations, and settlement strategies. Such experience includes successfully negotiating a dilapidations claim on behalf of M Group, achieving a settlement that reduced the landlord’s original claim by approximately 65%, delivering a significant cost saving for the client while securing a commercially favourable outcome.
2. Acting as contract administrator/ employers agent of a variety of differing instructions raging from £50,000 all the way up to £1m+. One particular project of note was the £3m+ external refurbishment project at the Buttermarket Centre in Ipswich. This project spanned over four years encompassing several phases of works ranging from roof repairs all the way to basement tanking works. Given the nature of the site Connor was able to show his ability to manage relations between all stakeholders delivering the project at each phase on time and to the satisfaction of the client. 
3. Undertaking comprehensive building inspections and providing professional advice across a wide range of commercial, industrial and mixed-use property assets throughout London and the South of England. Extensive experience in the preparation of technical due diligence reports, supporting clients at various stages of the acquisition and disposal process. His work includes assessing building condition, identifying technical risks and liabilities, estimating capital expenditure requirements, and delivering clear, commercially focused recommendations to inform investment and property decisions.
