Dominick is part of our Architecture and Planning team who are highly skilled in delivering a wide range of projects covering all sectors. With experience in delivering projects and services across RIBA Stages 0-7, supporting clients from initial briefing and concept development through to construction and project completion, Dominick’s expertise lies in architectural design. Developing creative, practical, and commercially responsive solutions that transform client needs and aspirations into deliverable schemes.

He specialises in the production of design concepts, feasibility studies, planning proposals, and presentation material, supported by high-quality 3D modelling, visualisations, and renders that enable clients to fully understand and engage with the design process. Combining strong design capabilities with a thorough understanding of construction and building technology, he is equally comfortable developing detailed technical information, coordinating design packages, and assisting with regulatory approvals both during and prior to construction.

In addition to design and technical delivery, Dominick is trained in providing advanced measured surveys and point cloud capture services, utilising modern surveying technologies to create highly accurate existing building records for refurbishment, conservation, extension and new-build projects. This blend of digital surveying, design creativity and technical expertise enables him to contribute effectively throughout every stage of the architectural process and deliver your project.

Alongside his professional role, Dominick is currently working towards his Part 3 Qualification to become an architect on a part-time basis. Continuing his academic studies alongside practice enables him to continually explore emerging architectural ideas, contemporary design thinking, and innovative approaches to project delivery.

This ongoing engagement with higher education provides opportunities to test and challenge new concepts, research evolving industry trends, and bring fresh perspectives into live projects. By combining academic exploration with hands-on project experience, he is able to apply creative thinking alongside practical constraints, helping to develop solutions that are both imaginative and deliverable.

I am passionate about helping clients transform ideas into successful architectural projects. Taking the time to understand each client’s objectives through a collaborative design process allows me to develop bespoke design solutions that balance creativity, practicality, and long-term value. Ensuring every project is tailored to meet specific needs.

1. Achieving planning consents and Building Control approvals for bespoke modern extensions.
2. Securing consent for the repair and reinstatement of Grade I listed gates within a royal park.
3. Obtaining planning permission for a new 3-storey mixed use commercial/ residential block in Central London.
4. Providing a state-of-the-art scheme to provide additional services to Grade II* listed church.
5. Delivering large scale commercial schemes through to completion for business growth.
