Jess is a chartered building surveyor (MRICS) with over 10 years of experience advising on all surveying matters, including insurance reports, home surveys and general building works. Jess has expertise in party wall matters and historic building works. She is qualified with an Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence (APAEWE).

Experience 

  1. Overseeing claims on a range of properties from initial visit and specification of repairs, through to completion as a contract administrator.
  2. Consulting on historic building repairs.
  3. Providing party wall expertise.
  4. Completing full building surveys on properties, particularly historic buildings, and providing advice on their condition and required repairs.
