Geospatial services
Reliable land, ownership and geospatial data is essential to successful development, infrastructure and regeneration projects.
Our geospatial services – incorporating land referencing, property research and advanced Geographic Information System (GIS) capability – give clients the reliable insight they need to make informed decisions and progress schemes with confidence. We can support with general land investigations as well as proposed developments including regeneration, highways and infrastructure schemes, including those requiring Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPO) and Development Consent Orders (DCO).

GIS services
A Geographic Information System (GIS) stores, maps and analyses land and property data, giving clients a clearer understanding of a project site and the issues that may affect delivery. Using a combination of the industry leading ArcGIS software, CAD and our bespoke land referencing application, we use GIS to capture, manipulate and analyse geographic information, then combine it with land interest data to create accurate, practical outputs. Whether the project is urban or rural, small-scale or nationally significant, our GIS work supports evidence-led decisions, statutory compliance and clearer communication with stakeholders.
Accuracy sits at the heart of our service. A boundary in the wrong place, an unidentified interest or incomplete spatial evidence can cause delay, increase cost and create avoidable risk. Our specialists ensure clients receive reliable data, clear plans and insight tailored to their scheme.
Who do we help?
Operating across the public and private sectors, we work with commercial and residential developers, planning professionals, local authorities and scheme promoters, Government agencies, and private organisations.
