Rhys is a RICS Chartered Building Surveyor who provides professional advice across a broad range of building surveying disciplines. Since entering the profession in 2017, they have developed experience across the residential, rural and agricultural sectors, advising private homeowners, landlords, developers, estate managers and country estates on a diverse range of property matters.

Their experience spans an extensive range of property types, from mid-19th century listed buildings and historic estate assets through to contemporary residential developments and modern commercial properties. This breadth of experience enables them to provide informed advice on building pathology, defect diagnosis and appropriate remedial works, tailored to the specific requirements of each property.

In addition to technical building surveying services, Rhys advises on Party Wall Act and boundary matters, helping property owners navigate their statutory responsibilities and property rights. They also have substantial experience administering construction contracts and managing refurbishment, repair and development projects from initial instruction through to practical completion and handover.

I help clients protect and enhance their property assets by identifying building defects, advising on practical repair solutions and managing construction projects from inception through to completion. I also provide advice on party wall and boundary matters, helping my clients understand their rights, navigate neighbourly issues and achieve pragmatic outcomes. My focus is on delivering clear, straightforward advice that gives clients the confidence to make informed decisions.
