We advised Keystone Developments (LG) Limited on the construction of 29 retirement apartments and associated communal facilities.

The works comprised the construction of 29 retirement apartments and associated communal facilities on a brownfield site in Thrapston. Gateley RJA provided Employer’s Agent services under the JCT contract between the client and the contractor, Seagrave Developments. The architect on this project was BHC Architects.
