We advised Westhill Land & Property on the conversion and extension of existing art deco style factory on Knighton Church Road, Leicester.

The works comprise a conversion and extension of existing art deco style factory premises on Knighton Church Road into 13 luxury apartments for sale. The properties were all finished to a high standard and sold quickly when released onto the market. Also involved in this project were Architects LE1, PRP and MDA Group.
