Milner Road new build residential scheme
We advised Greatwell Homes on a new build residential scheme in Milner Road, Finedon.
This project involved a new build residential scheme of 50 no. dwellings in Finedon. We worked closely in collaboration with the contractor on this project, Robert Woodhead Ltd.
Gateley RJA provided a very professional service throughout this project to construct 50 new homes on a brownfield site in Finedon, Northamptonshire. This included pre-contract advice, contractor procurement, employer’s agent and clerk of works provision. This project had many challenges, but Gateley RJA offered the support required to enable a satisfactory outcome for both the client and the residents of these new homes. Greatwell Homes would have no hesitation in employing Gateley RJA on any future schemes.
